Industry
The food industry of UK has become highly competitive and good amount of profits are
being accomplished by businesses. In relation to this, restaurants are also earning profits and
customers are provided with their favourite cuisines. The food and drink industry contributes
£28.8 billion to UK economy with employees more than 400,000 (Food and Drink Federation
Stats. 2018). Vegan Foods will operate in the UK as a restaurant business which will offer
variety of vegan meals such as Vegan meats, Frozen foods, Veggie dogs, Soy Margarine and
related foods to customers.
Location
Location plays crucial role for firm to attract people at large. Vegan Foods will be located
at Windsor River in Berkshire, UK which will attain customer's attention up to a high extent. It
can be analysed that target customer will be attracted as there are large number of people who
visits Windsor River, serene in Berkshire which will be beneficial for business in effective
manner.
Target Customers
The target customers are required to be ascertained so that food meals may be offered to
them in the best manner possible. In addition to this, Vegan Foods will target children having age
group 8-12 and all visitors who walk by through the riverside. Variety of meals will be provided
to consumers so that they may be benefited in a better manner and satisfaction level may be
upscaled quite effectually (Huang and et.al., 2017). Moreover, customers will be free to chose

menu will be provided for encouraging healthy body. Thus, food will be offered having vital
nutrients and business will satisfy target customers quite effectually.

Deciding on visual identity and how business will be successful
Vegan Foods will have 1 nutritionist and 2 chefs which will cook meals in proper way
and style of Vegan to attract people. Nutritionist will be in charge for advising on matters of
foods for providing healthy advice to chefs for protecting health of people. Other two people will
serve the foods i.e. waiters which will list down orders from customers and offer them food
within timely manner. Business will succeed in new business with initial capital of 20000 taken
from Virgin Start-ups loan and through its quality meals at affordable prices, success will be
accomplished (Ghosh and et.al., 2017).
Values to promote through business
Equality-
It is main value which will be provided to customers as meals will be equally placed to
low-income and high-income individuals (Proctor, 2018).
