The report aims to plan a business idea by analyzing the most required product demand in
the market. In today the competitive world, businesses are no longer all about traditional ways
and practice to satisfy customers’ needs (Henriques, Matos, and Jerónimo, 2022). It requires
proper market research about the customers’ needs and come up in an innovative way. Therefore,
the business idea needs to be relevant and accurate which attract customers to make it successful.
The reports will discuss about the new idea about opining up a Vegan restaurant i.e. “Vegan
Zone”. There will be internal and external market analysis the market situation in order to
promote business strategies.
TASK
Creative concept and reflective writing
This report emphasis on a Creative Concept which is used for launching a new business in the
market. The new ideas has brain from through focusing on healthiness and sustainability of the
society. The idea is generated through focusing on customer names which is more on delicious
food items to satisfy their hunger (Hanák, and Grežo, 2020). This could be done through
providing Vegan foods which are healthy for eating and give a nutritious taste that will be
delightful for everyone. The idea get brainstorm through searching market importance of vegan
food, the amount of nutrition and proteins, fruit flavors and other mineral sources which boost
immunity in a human body.
It has reflected that, I and my team members have put immense effort to brainstorm this
idea. We have been doing continuous research about the idea which grow our business in the
future time. Therefore I have developed this idea to lot vegan zone restaurant which will be a
healthier choice for customers to adopt in their lifestyle. We have came across with many
difficulties in finding the resources and setting out budgets but everything has gone smoothly and
we have created a successful business plan through identifying targeted audience and market
research.
