In the restaurant, the key partners are the waste management team and the third party authorities.
Waste management is a significant part to deal with the supply chain process. Through proper
waste management, the customer can get an active environment during their visit. Besides, third-
party partners are required to accelerate online business procedures. Waste management
activities have been discussed earlier now other activities are related to branding. The branding
activities can be boosted up through advertising and the development of customer relationship.
Our primary value is good quality product deliverance within time through the support of our
skilled workers. Therefore, the amount has relied upon these factors. We can offer to maintain
the customer relationship with the help of personalised assistance and promotional offer.
Through this customer relationship can be supported adequately. The customer segment is
primarily prioritised to the vegan people of UK. The critical resources are the trained employees,
financial investment and others, and significant resources need to be understood to involve in the
other activities. As commented by Toro-Jarrín et al., (2016), all the elements of the BMC are
related with the each other. Now the channels are the online and offline platform. Therefore, the
restaurant and the online service can be the channel of our restaurant business. The revenue
stream is entirely dependent upon customer support and other vital activities. As spending cost is
related to the customer service, the outcome can be achieved through the sold orders. Now cost
investment associated with the Website app development, marketing research and others.
Employee salary is also part of this element. It is to be noted that the advertising is a part of
branding, where maximum investment is required. In the current business model canvas, the
unique selling objectives have been aligned for our restaurant business. Through this element,
the maximum customers can be retained.
