Introduction
The Sports Council in Darebin laid out a strategic direction towards renewal of sports infrastructure and
is working towards developing Leisure Strategies for 2010-2020. This would contribute towards
renovation of pavilions that are mainly raised for conducting sports and games. The Council works
towards holding a range of huge investments for building various sports ground pavilions as well as
construction of building stock that would help to sustain needs of various sports communities. The
current discussion takes into account promotion of pavilion upgrades that would prove to be sustainable
for the environment. This would help to generate more grounds for revenue and maximize the current

a) Good practices towards asset management can help in taking care of various
amenities:

using these facilities. Other facilities like Tennis Courts provide facilities towards
practice for people and they help in generating revenues through collecting fares
from them. Parking facilities help to generate revenue as well as these help the
reserves to collect charges for parking.

They have various sports rooms and facilities for fine art that can help to generate
good revenue opportunities for this Reserve as lots of people and children come here to
utilize these facilities and they offer to give good charges that helps the Centre to earn
good revenues.
