event is to bring UK headquarter

platform and thus promote the cross-
department interactions as well as

and thus promote the various activities
team-building.

JUSTIFICATION FOR SELECTION OF
VENUE
 As the main theme here is promoting
team-building activities in catering
event thus for this purpose Unique
urban venue in Warsaw will be
selected.
 The main reason for selecting this
venue is its great capacity to
accommodate guests. The venue
basically has the capacity to
accommodate around 300 guests.
 In this event, there will be around 100
guests excluding the staff of
organizations.
