organisation is verdant Leisure which is located across Scotland, Northumberland and County
Durham for providing them a fantastic facilities so that their customers can enjoy their trips. The
have opened new headquarter in Lancaster. It is the company which provides the services related
to Holidays and also sales the Holiday homes. There main aim is to provide perfect services
which will be helpful to satisfy their customers and helps them in creating memorable memories
and good time. To accomplish there objective they have the workforce of around 171 persons.
There main aim is not to compromise their quality of services. The company's main competitors
are Firth Cottage, Costley and Costley Hoteliers. The company uses organisational structure to
outline their certain activities which are directed to achieve their objectives (Rosa, Sassanelli
and Terzi, 2019). Those activities includes the rules and regulations of the company by which
they achieve their targets. This helps in determining the way in which information flows in the
organisation. This helps the firm to remain efficient and focused. They uses divisional
organisational structure which helps the company to considers every employees comments so
that they can easily attain their targets. But sometimes according to the situation organisation
uses hierarchical organisational structure which helps the company to flow their information
from a proper channel. In this they use to defines the responsibility from the top level to the
lower level. They provides a specific platform for specific projects. The strategies which are used
by the organisation helps in motivating their employees which enhance the creditability of their
employees and achieve their set goals in the effective manner(Verdant Leisure Limited, 2021).
