different market opportunity in proper manner. This report is based on the Verdant Leisure that is
the holiday park company and have operate the business in north of England and Scotland and
have launched the business in 2010 and get founded by Graham Hodgson, Andrew Wall and Bev

The managers must require to implement suitable organisational structure which allows
employees to freely communicate with their respective supervisors about their issues and
suggestions related with increasing performance level of an organisation.
The managers must need to allow their employees to get participate in decision making
process so that new and innovative ideas could be generated which further undertaken to
achieve pre-determined goals and objectives.

As a researcher, I feel delightful to undertake present research based on the topic of “To
analyse the different strategy and the initiative that has been taken by the company to enhanced
the equality and diversity within the workplace” which helps me in gaining lots of experiences
and knowledge regarding people’s different perception towards same topic. I have faced lots of
issues regarding collection of data as majority of respondents are not willing to answer and fill

my questionnaire form due to having fear of disclosing their privacy and confidential
information which further brings loss to them in their professional career. Along with this,
limited time, funds and lack of knowledge of multiple languages brings difficulties for me to
gather relevant data on research topic from large number of respondents. I prepared Gantt chat
and WBS to track each and every research activities that need to be executed within pre-
determined time period. Apart from this, I got an opportunity to examine my own strengths and
weaknesses during conduction of research which drives to improve for them same in the future
time period. For instance, my communication and time management skills are not up to the mark
which restricts me to complete pre-determined research activities within allotted time period
(Hansen, Mork and Welo, 2018). Thus, it wastes time and money as well due to engaging more
in getting accurate opinions and examine behaviour of respondents toward chosen research topic.
Thus, I decided to wok on for the same by participating in various learning and development
programs. It will help me in carrying out future research more effectively and efficiently. At the
end, I have successfully completed my research with all experiences and knowledge which may
bring my professional career ahead in near future.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded at the end of report that research is an essential part of every
organisation’s growth and success as it will help them in identifying accurate information related
with current market trends and people’s perception towards their existing plans and policies
related with managing and diversifying workforce. For this, researcher must be appointed having

is important for the researcher to use an effective research method who costs less and time as
