MANIFESTO
Introduction:
Prior to the initiation of the election for the post of Vice President for Education, we
would like to present with you, the students and the representatives a manifesto that includes our
promises and commitments towards you and the Institution that we belong to. We promise the
students and the representatives of them, that we would keep no stone unturned in achieving the
promises and commitments that we make and we would be requiring your full support for the
same. Most importantly, it also has to be noted the Change begins with us, within ourselves. So
in order to see the change, ‘Be the Change you want to see’.
Slogan for the campaign
“VOTE TODAY FOR A BETTER TOMMOROW: BE THE CHANGE YOU
WANT TO SEE”
We would start our campaign through canvassing within the campus by visiting the
Departments and the faculty. The initial phase will include interactive sessions with the course
representatives and dedicated session with the course students to get an idea about their
necessities. The second phase will include promotional activities that will include interactive
talks, Digital promotion through short documentaries about the changes we require and about the
ways we will be delivering the promises. The campaign will include short unplugged musical
sessions to deliver our message accompanied with poster and visual art as a tool to reach out to
the people. We will also be focusing on the digital medium to reach out to the students and the

course representatives and include them in our campaigning process to make sure that they feel
connected to the cause for electing me. The events will include feedback sessions to reach out on
a personal level to each of the course representatives and the students. Finally we will be
distributing our manifestos to the students to provide them with a complete sense of our promises
and the changes we would bring.
The students and representatives of the courses needs to be inspired and motivated to the
cause of voting me. We would invest in the course representatives and the students to understand
their need. Once their wants and demands are understood it would be easier for us to understand
the policies to implement them. Through the campaigns and the digital promotion we would give
them the reason to vote us. The promises and the commitments that would be made will be
designed to meet their demands with a holistic and approach aligned with the requirements of the
university. The students should truly find their representative electing us and therefore should
vote for us.
Once elected, we would bring about a constructive change matched with effectiveness
and creativity. The Main goal would be to increase efficiency and approachability within the
framework and provide faster solutions to student issues. The goals also include improvement of
the processes.
We would create an environment where all prejudices and discriminations will be kept
aside and where there would be constant encouragement to and support for any individual
who would require it.
Simultaneously we would create an environment of equality and create a constructive
culture promoting individual improvement.

MANIFESTO
We would work together as a team along with the representatives to improve better
communication and development.
The most important change would include introduction of all round support to the
students and create healthy culture to foster the tolerance among various cultures and
races in the campus.
We would also want to prioritize the requirements of the students and is one of the most
important goals of our campaign.
The initiation of more internship and research program opportunities through engagement
of corporate houses and the university administration is also in the list of our major goals.
The minor goals include facilitating course up gradations and intake capacity, providing
opportunities for entrepreneurship and investment hubs for budding entrepreneurs from
the university.
Along we would also focus on skill development programs within the organisation at a
nominal cost to help the students achieve competitive edge once they complete their
course from the university.
We would also introduce more opportunities and facilities to foster growth opportunities
for the students.
Apart from that we would initiate a friendly interaction with the students and with the
course representatives to create a friendly and approachable environment within the
campus
