including stalking and intimidation and theft. . In all crimes registered, violence was present in
about half (46.1 percent). Violence alone has been reported in 15.4% of the incidents, while
violence with other offences has been reported in 30.6% of cases. The survey included a total of
50 distinct variations of crime categories in 10 or more cases. The most often recorded abuse
against sex workers was, as can be seen, brutality per se. Other crimes mentioned often include
intimidation and stalking, burglary with or without violence and crimes categorised as 'other
offences`.
The results here are also indicative of the fact that street sex workers are more likely
personally themselves to report the victims to the police anonymously (Kelly, 2019). The various
ways in which the street and indoor markets operate have important consequences for the form
and scope of the reporting process including various sex workers where they are harmed. As
such, there is no higher access to the justice system for sex workers living within the legal
structure of the United Kingdom than those outside the statute. Majority of the sex workers
empierce some form of violence be it mental or physical. The major reason that has been
observed to have played a role is the structure of the sex industry. It is because of the fact that
not each and every interaction and activity of the industry is recorded and hence does not exist
on the legal papers and hence reporting the crimes becomes a difficult task. Through the above
analysis the it is also understood that the industry involve a lot of sex workers who do not want
to reveal their identity and hence reporting the violence becomes an issue which continues the
vulnerability of the sex workers. It is resulted in the past 3 months that participants (n = 247),
25.5% (n = 63) are self-identified as SM such as gay or bisexual), and 8.5% (n = 21) reported
SM behaviour as like same-gender sexual behaviour.

The quantitative method of research is more suitable as with this adequate information is
collected and transformed in balanced mode with this it is easy for the researcher to collect

Moreover, it is quite validating as well such as sustained data is collected and gathered through
which probability to attain higher competitive advancement is developed. Validate resulted to the

resultant that facts and figures always be counting as special benefit to the adequateness. It
induces positive impact over the enhancement of knowledge such as about sex workers and its
impact over society for longer period of instance.

It has been find that vulnerability and victimisation of sex workers has both wider impact
over society and there own life get exhaust due to the enhance rate of violence. It is analysed that
most of the sex workers having tough life within the society and with this possibility to attain
normal living standards are affected a lot. As they didn’t get justice and adequate space which is
needed as a human being. In this adequate policies are develop that has significant impact over
living of sex worker through which human abuse is controlled with support of judicial. It has
been recommended that government develop certain policy through which victim get better
survival and sustainability with this possibility of sex worker to get survive in society become
easier.
