The purpose of this paper is to develop a report for the company Victoria's Clothing
Alterations (VCA). This paper will provide an argument for persuading management that the
ERP is needed for the VCA. The paper will also do feasibility analysis and also describe
issues that can arise for the incomplete elicitation of the requirement as well as misalignment
that is between the organisational strategy and business processes. This report will also talk
about the risks that are related to the ERP and BRP customization. The company Victoria’s
Clothing Alterations are owned and Operated by Victoria (Tarhini et al., 2015). VCA is
basically a family running business that is operated by the family of Victoria from twenty
five years. VCA provides free delivery and pickup services that also involves collection of
cloths. This paper will provide recommendation for the VCA company for implementing the
ERP system for gaining more profit. The report will also focus on the present business
procedures as well as changes in the business process.
