Introduction:
The purpose of this paper is to develop a report for the company Victoria's Clothing
Alterations (VCA). This paper will provide an argument for persuading management that the
ERP is needed for the VCA. The paper will also do feasibility analysis and also describe
issues that can arise for the incomplete elicitation of the requirement as well as misalignment
that is between the organisational strategy and business processes. This report will also talk
about the risks that are related to the ERP and BRP customization. The company Victoria’s
Clothing Alterations are owned and Operated by Victoria (Tarhini et al., 2015). VCA is
basically a family running business that is operated by the family of Victoria from twenty
five years. VCA provides free delivery and pickup services that also involves collection of
cloths. This paper will provide recommendation for the VCA company for implementing the
ERP system for gaining more profit. The report will also focus on the present business
procedures as well as changes in the business process.
Argument to persuade management that an ERP is required:
VCA provides free delivery and pickup services that also involves collection of
cloths. The organisation offers excellent services to the consumers. For the excellence in
customer services the demand of the company is increasing day after day. The main goal of
the VCA is to offer excellent customer service in that business field (Sun et al., 2015). As
there are not sufficient staffs are existed, the organisation is going to implement ERP system
for getting solution for the issues. The major advantages of the ERP system are included
improved efficiency, security and data quality improvement and better customer service. On
the other side the cloud based ERP systems do not required interaction of human. The
management of the VCA can make a commitment to the organisation for installing an ERP

system fir making the services better as well as for tracking the consumers by the recorded
information from the database.
Feasibility analysis:
The time when the organisation agrees for installing the ERP system into the
company, the feasibility analysis is needed for implementing ERP system. The installation of
the software is so much needed for the consumer services of VCA (Abu-Shanab et al., 2015).
In the past years, for the increasing of the customers, the service of VCA has been decreased.
The resource assessment is so much important in the feasibility analysis for the
implementation of the ERP system. Trained employees are required who will be able to
decide the time complexity of the ERP system. The company has seven branches and it is
located in seven places across Australia. For the investigation of feasibility, technical
assessment of the organisation is also needed. An ERP system is needed to be hosted by the
company which will maintain all of the information of the consumers as well as some of the
other operations which are needed such as workflows, profits of the organisation (Shatat et
al., 2016). The organisation will must be having technical staffs who are familiar with the
ERP system. After fulfilling all of the requirements the organisation will be able to provide
better services to the consumers and better operation handling with the Enterprise Resource
Planning.
Issues that may arise due to incomplete elicitation of requirements and
misalignment between the business processes and organisational strategy:
Many of the problems that are associated with the needs and requirement of the ERP
system. The problems may come due to stimulation that are not completed. The main
problem of VCA is, the operations are being handled manually like expenses, customer
records and profit of the company (Heinzelmann, 2017). Before the installation of the ERP

system, the organisation needs to know the requirements for earning more profits as well as
for providing better services to the consumers. If all the requirements are not known to the
organisation properly, that can lead to poor requirement as well as cancelation of the
deployment of the system. One of major issue is, the cost of maintenance is designed poor.
The issues are including:
 Volatility problem
 Problems of understanding within the groups
 The problems of scope.
Conclusion:
Thus, it can be concluded from the entire report that an ERP system is required to
install by the Victoria Clothing Alterations to meet the goals of its business and to provide
excellent services to the customers. The report deals with the argument in order to persuade
the management of the company to install an ERP system. The company should be
recommended to install an ERP system. The ERP system will help the company in their daily
operation like tracking the records of the customers, number of customers in each of the
stores during the peak hours, cash flows in the company and also support the staffs of the
VCA company. The ERP system generates a report that is based on all this information.
