Introduction
Success is a subjective thing and thus its approaches differs from person to person.
Success is attained through the decisions which we make as individuals that are majorly
influenced by the person we idolize to be. In the making of this video, one thing that is very
important for attaining success is to have perseverance and dedication. In the process of
creating this short video, what I observed about success is that it is a process that requires
hard and smart work. Everyone wants to be successful, but success is an amalgamation of
various factors that describe the true meaning of success perfectly. During the time when I
was creating this video along with my group, I understood that the real meaning of success
means making the right decisions at the right time. This is important because hard work and
discipline can be done, but the success depends firstly on the decision making.
Experience of Creating the Video
The video highlights one of the main root causes of success that is learning from your
mistakes. According to a popular saying that should be followed by everyone to understand
the true meaning of success is, even if you lose do not lose the lessons1. Success can be
achieved only through the means of learning from our mistakes, rectifying them and turning
them into a lesson that should be remembered throughout one’s life. The ladder of success
has a number of hurdles, but to work on these issues and even take people’s help in
overcoming them, are some of the ways of attaining success. So, in the video what has been
displayed is the true meaning of success, a radiant victory can be achieved only through
working on our mistakes and problems2. Also, success is not only a single person’s efforts,
but it is a collaboration of different people who help us to climb the ladder safely and

gradually. In the process of creating this video, I realize that failing in the path of success and
achieving defeat is not the real failure till the time we stop trying further3. If we get affected
by our defeats and stop trying further for success then it is the main failure. So, for success,
one has to learn from mistakes, keep up with the dedication and motivational aspects.
Every person has to have a strong vision that he should follow to attain success. While
creating the video we went through a bunch of ideas that could have been used to, but the
idea of working together, staying focused and figuring out the solution from our failure, all in
collaboration makes for the perfect meaning of success4. The meaning of success will vary
from different people as the journey to success formulates what real success is. I personally
felt while working on this video is that success is about fulfilling the dreams and it is a
responsibility of each person to make a vision, a dream or a plan excels only through efforts
and dedication. One element that is also very important for explaining the true meaning of
success is passion. In the video, the players were passionate about their games. In the same
sense, we all should possess a strong passion for the various fields in which we want to
accomplish success5. Success is not a materialistic thing, but it is a sense of achievement that
is about the hard work or the smart work. In the current times, the meaning of success is
changing gradually as people focus more on smarter decisions and working tactics rather than
hard work. But the important point here is that success requires correct decisions that have to
be taken at a correct time under different circumstance6. This is what I experienced while
working on this video.

Conclusion
In the process of working on this video, I realized that to be successful, there are some
very important factors that we all need and without their support it is a difficult task to be
successful. The video also displayed a story that explains that success requires support, which
can be different for different situation and the various different factors that are involved in the
process of success clearly states that there is not just a single definition of success. So, the
meaning of success is hard and smart work, dedication, motivation, perseverance, and
positive attitude. This is what I have realized during developing this video.
