This is to inform you that after analyzing the condition of the company it has been observed that
several issues have risen within the video technology systems. Thus there is a need to improve
the way technologies are used within the organization. Video security system is used for the
purpose of monitoring and recording the fixed and moving targets within a video. While
conducting inspections on alarm, intrusions and video technology it has been observed that the
system lacked in carrying out operations effectively. The reason behind lack is due to improper
operation management or due to lack of proper compliance within the governmental
requirements.
Thus in order to improve the performance it is important to ensure that proper equipment is used
for enhancing the performance. Security system alarm contains different components that include
motion sensors, outdoor and indoor cameras, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. In
addition to this it is important to ensure that a certified system is being implemented within an
organization for the purpose of improving the performance. An efficient video camera
substitution system needs to be included within the organization. The key components that are
going to be designed within the camera system includes a fixed video camera system that will be
capable of generating a proper failure signal and a variable position camera system that will be
capable of generating proper coordinated data. Beside this it is important to ensure that proper
lenses are included within the system for the purpose of improving the performance. In order to

enhance the business performance and to have a better compliance with governmental
requirements it is important to install proper cameras, recorders and monitors. With the help of
these instruments it will become easy to record all the data effectively.
Apart from this a video surveillance system comprises of a remotely targetable video source with
a high recording capacity. Each activity taking place within the company needs to be recorded
properly so that it does not hamper the overall performance of the organization. The controller
will be placed within the organization for the purpose of inserting data and generating outputs.
Cyber forensic is considered to be one of the most sensitive sector that needs proper care.
Without proper evidence it is difficult to preserve data. Discrepancy within the data can lead to
hamper the overall case. Thus it can be stated that in order to enhance the overall performance of
the organization it is important to include proper system so that it can avoid the chances of
system failure. The major concern is to include a proper controlled system that is capable of
managing the overall acceleration. Hence as a compliance and accountability manager it is
important to ensure that proper governmental compliance are integrated within the organization
for the purpose of improving the business functionalities. Thus the above mentioned step has the
potential to enhance the security within the cyber forensic.
