captain are accountable for availing the safe transportation of all of the passengers. He
determines about the speed of the ships and also locations. Furthermore, the deck division is
responsible for managing the marine operations and supports the safety aspects for the overall
passengers, officers and also cabin crews (Clark, Lusardi & Mitchell, 2017). IN addition to
this, the medical department is accountable for providing the proper medical treatments and
also hotelier division supports the hotelier services.
