INTRODUCTION
The vintage train is a founder of all the Heritage train which represents a historical monument
within the present time. The trains mainly work on the steam and diesel locomotive on their rail
tour. It is a kind of subsidiary organization which was based on funding and government
authorities. This project is going to create a proposal for a product into diversify market such as
to attract students who came to UK (Becken, and Mackey, 2017). So that comedy project is
divided under two sections which represent a proposal and other the project reflection
respectively.

The vintage train is an attractive way of transport which experience the nostalgic site of their
train and roots. The train provides an experience of Heritage in the era of past centuries. The
names and operations of the strings are also based on traditional and yet simple. The trains
provide charm comfort and the characters of first century periods which become a new way for
today's generation to experience something historical and get connected with the beauty of
Vintage. In 2021, the vintage trains looking forward to diversify their market and product as
well.
Product proposal: The vintage train is being a Maker or breaker for a rail tour industry. They
simply face the problem in their locomotive engines which are now giving hundred life years but
with the maintenance charges. There are many busy National Railway network who are engaging
with new technologies and motivate the power of workforce. There are many competition arrived
in terms of more fast train with less spaces and sport book charter. So that the workforce is not
preparing for the locomotive as the new technologies and knowledge arrived into the rail
industry. So there is facing many failures in locomotive which require millions of pounds for

their repair. Also the support has got eliminated for this locomotive in order to work according to
the next generation of driver and engineers.
The vintage train is looking to deliver Express steam Trains on a sustainable basis, which give
people integrated right and community services. As the company Have all the resources to
deliver locomotive knowledge and skills to their trainers so that the community and Society will
get the benefit of Heritage and will go on hand in hand. This includes the support of shareholder
by undertaking the share and voluntary procedure in completion of the project. They refer to use
the community shared and benefit procedure in order to increase the image of Heritage Railway
sector. For that instance, the vintage trains use all the support and benefits they get from the
community celebrities, club and resorts local transport and other areas (Helmreich, and Merritt,
2017). People will wonder how these strange give the benefit to the society it will be the first
Intercity Railway hub at Curzon Street which will deliver The Carriages into the world. In order
to provide benefits to the community, the scope of the project in the diversifie market are upon
the students belongs to UK who is being president of the country from 1 year. To attract many of
students and tourist into the Birmingham, this Heritage plan of Express steam trains which will
provide an insight to the students about sustainable business and community benefit.
The main purpose of targeting these students is to boost their knowledge into traditional
engineering and providing the youth an essence of traditional ways. This project has scope into
global market once it gets success into Birmingham. There are many consequences and
domination would be face in terms of brexit for the vintage train. But that could be eliminated by
privatization and sizing operation of community benefit society which high funding through
Deutsche Bank, subsidiary Bank and other European institution. The fund would be raised
through to the institution. The Express steam trains would be modernized as per 21st century that
could attract many of students in UK by providing much bigger space and a vintage look inside
and outside. Therefore, it goes with a project life cycle which states the relevant project scenario
in terms of its planning and organizing the resources and its completion. It would take minimum
6 years to build Express steam train so that, it would be a great product diversification in the
history of vintage train.
The vintage train will arrange the fund for the project through community benefit of society by
offering minimum subscription of share which holds a principal value of $500. It will give a

wide number of benefits to the shareholders and the subscribers also. They will get an
opportunity to first experience the travel of Express steam train. Also the benefit includes hotel
tourist in vintage train for life time period. The location is the heart of women gum that attracts
many tourist and people which will give high number of premium to the shareholder. An
acceptance of the proposal will lead to start the journey (Jun-rui, Z.H.A.O., 2018). The time
period of 6 years is not enough but the vintage train will take initiative to indulge efforts in
making the completion successful. Therefore, the project will hold a great reputation in to
diversify market of attracting students at university or for job opportunities. There will be a daily
tourist who would experience the train in their day to day journey.

into the community. The cost will be sustainable and as per community benefit so that the project
will accomplish its target. Therefore, it require a minimum of benefits of project initials in order
to accurate the whole cost.
The theory of project management is based on underlined theory which is described below:
Theory of project: this theory is based on the construction and the scope of Management. It
influence on work must be done in sufficient manner and eliminate unnecessary work. Apart
from this, the project must be managed as per it designed so that the management would be
better for vintage trains.
Theory of Management: it mainly insist to plan the project Thoroughly by undertaking
different area. The plan of vintage train to make Express steam trains must be fully define,
engage resources and cost budgeting so that the output will be according to the plan. This will
manage the work and lead to project success.

Theory of execution: under this theory the plan will be executed into the right direction with
authorization system. This system ensure that the work is is getting slow at right time and right
sequence. The British train will execute all the the planning procedure right at the date and all the
work will flow on a timely manner without any delay.
Theory of controlling: the theory of Management assist the project must be control time to time.
Monitoring and control enable finding mistake and acknowledging them at a initial stage.

will have many opportunity for the vintage train as this market hold a maximum 65% of the UK
population. Therefore the vintage train could enable their new product and categories in a wide
effective way which will be beneficial for community and for the organization also. The UK
students who are being the residents from past one year of the country and now settled to take
country services for education job and settle (Junzhou, Z.H.A.N.G., 2018). Therefore this would
be an effective market for diversification to provide day to day transport at a community benefit
for these students. The UK based students are one of the major attraction and tourist of the
country. Therefore, the project proposal will be best suitable for them as to provide the benefit of
transport as well as making welfare for those who are in need to make the country more
developed. This project proposal will be e a heart touching for the people who will experience
the Vintage train which give a nostalgic experience to the modern youth and provide an essence
of history. There are many trains of rail industry which has enabled in 2021. The Vintage train
would get help from these top trends in order to make the project more effective and as per the
requirement of market.
Autonomous train: the foremost trend into this technical world is to provide an
advanced technology which is a major concern of rail industry. Giving a sensor Technology for
real time data transmission will make the train and autonomous and reliable for the passengers.

data driver for railway efficiency (Lawrenson, and Braithwaite, 2018).. It will reduce the delay in
traffic and crossing the railway line at the same time by providing sensor, Bluetooth and
production software. It will give an insight to the rail master when to allow one train and went to
you cross the line. So that internet plays a vital role in railway industry also. As they require
prompt and frequent information regarding railway crossing.
Decarbonisation: Railways are said to be most sustainable means of transport. As it
gives and undertake only zero carbon emissions in order to support the community. By the time
of 2021, the vintage trains will offer this zero emission plan with effect of their Express stream
trains. It gives and efficiency into battery Technology, cells or creating electronic train. This is
the most required trend in railway industry to provide better energy storage solutions to the

the innovation and Aston University. So that it would be a better place for vintage trains to
provide a convincible facility and transport for the university students. Also the location is a
heart of the city which has nearby museums and other monuments of the city that will be more
convincible for the students. The criteria of overseas student who are based in the UK are
adopted into the project for diversification to enable the trains within the Curzon Street. the key
attraction are the university and public spaces which are mostly visited by the young youth so
that it is better to provide them whatever they want in order to be more specific about market
requirement and enable project success. This will give a positive insight to the shareholders in
giving their money value as it is the most important privacy criteria that must be utilized by the
rail industry.

and complete the objectives but it could the balance with the support of shareholder and
