INTRODUCTION

report for Virgin group which is a UK based organization having more than 200 companies in

environment of the company will be discussed using PESTEL and SWOT model respectively
(Wisetsri, 2021) Current strategic position of virgin group would be articulated. Change
management plan of the group, its outcomes and communication of the change process shall
be discussed in the report. At the end of its aspects like impact analysis, measurement of
success and business case for the changes experienced will be elaborated.

Virgin group is a British multinational organization which manages a range of
different companies under its monolithic umbrella organization. The entity is working in
different sectors such as entertainment, travel, sports, charity, hospitality, communication
retail etc.
External environment of virgin group
For analysing the external environment of the virgin group PESTEL model is being used
which a tool of strategic management.

Political Various political aspects such as labour laws, taxation laws, trade related
norms, some political dimensions such as Brexit has shown its great
impact on the business. The company is operating the business in more

Nokia, Motorola are giving tough market challenge. Other technological

and surging need to go for further improvements in the operations of

about environment. The company is working in different sectors so having
