The result of the research project “impact of social media on
the Virgin Holidays company” shows that 75% people are
strongly agree with the opinion that social media improve the
operations of the company. 70% people are agree with the
opinion that social media improve the satisfaction of customers
and 80% percent people are agreeing with the opinion that the
online booking services of Virgin Holidays Company save
the time of customers.
The overall research project provides the answers of the
questions of the research and shows that social media
positively affects the travel and tourism company (Virgin
Holidays). The use of social media improves the operations of
the company and save time and efforts of employees in
different operations, so that the employees shift their full
attention towards the core business operations of the company.

proved by collected data from customers. Social media
provides online booking facility, internet facility to customers;
improve the experience of customers at their holidays etc. The
