Risk, contingency and exit strategies
From the virtual business the risk is associated with the client when they perform the
exercise in the wrong way and it affected to their body in the wrong way, other risk is with the
unqualified staff and they provide the services that are not suitable for the client (Eisape, 2019).
The contingency for the firm is when the competitors in the market suddenly get high.
The exit strategies used by the company get be acquisition by selling the company to the
other business for further development and growth and company get the price from the
acquisition and other method can be used as liquidation by ending to the operations of company
and get the value of assets from investors and creditors.
