Digital skills defined as practices and skills needs to have in individual for the purpose
bringing new changes and managing organizational performance. The digital skills involve
digital devices, communication applications, and network to access and manage information
(Law, Geng and Li, 2019). This is important for each organization to understand what customer
wants and how they could be satisfied so that products and services provided accordingly. The
digital skills related to technology which is getting by using electronic devices and helps to
manage information. The report is based on to know impact of Virtual learning environment on

To determine the concepts and significance of Digital skills.
As per view point of Law, Geng and Li, 2019 Digital skills is the main practice and part
of education that used by individual for improving their knowledge and skills. It has been seen
that digital skills have been necessary for the workplace for decades where it became important
to use as it helps to bring changes. Now a day, electronic equipment became a part of study as
without it, not possible to complete their education. Computers, servers, mobile phones, servers,
and electronic communications that uses to manage all functions and activities effectively. This
became most important for all students to make the use of digital skills as it help to improve
skills and abilities to work. In other words, digital skill is the way of improving learnt part of
student, gives effective working and learning environment, and build student career. This can
help to improve student’s productivity by saving time and cost that provide higher performance.
To state the meaning of Virtual learning in education field.
As per view point of Polizzi (2020), VLE refers to Virtual Learning Environment that
means learning through computer and internet, inside as well as outside the facilities provided by
educational organization. This is important for students to make the use of electronic equipment
which can help to collect information and use it to complete their study ad working. It has been
seen that students who live in other country and wants to complete their study from another
University then it could be use of Virtual Learning Environment that can help to collect
information. It has been seen that students should have digital and technological skills where
information collected via computers, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices (Robinson, Al-
Freih and Kilgore, 2020). The individual and team work will be effective and would help to
develop the future abilities of student. VLE is used by people to feel free by attending classes
and build career by handling all working and activities.

different which supports to manage the activity and functions. This is important for all students
to make the use of VLE as it brings improvement in their existing knowledge and skills. If

and increase performance. This impacts positively on student learning as it supports to gain new
learning and skills that complete the assigned work and maintain higher performance. The

the world in to Virtual Learning where students are improving their learning by using digital
devices and maintain higher performance. Some education centre and coaching undoubtedly
continue to offer online classes where students can take part in each class. The impacts of VLE

This allows students to participate in high quality learning VLE is beneficial for
students as it gets ready to take participation in different courses and learning by using internet
and computers. This can help to improve learnings of students and manage all functions

Any time, Any Pace – VLE is impacting positively as it helps to access 24/7 hours
learning for students by enrolling themselves (Boca and Saraçlı, 2019). The students also have
option to record their classes and learn more that can help to develop abilities to work.

helps to control their learning and experience by managing all activities effectively.

chosen by researcher that can help to select the people from large population and maintain good
activities. The technique of sampling is probability and non-probability. The researcher have
been used probability method to select students. The total number of candidates are 17 who have
been selected randomly.
