Introduction
Virtual Private Network offers remote access of network by extending a
private network from global network. The fundamental objective of this
network is to provide effective solution to its user related to the privacy as
well as work efficiency [4].

Overview
The purpose of this research is to identify the problems related to the
application of VPN and from this investigation a technology will be
suggested which has the features to mitigate the occurred problem. Followed
by this the presentation will conclude by analyzing the impact of the
suggested technology on an organizational structure.

Investigation on the services of VPN has objectified several limitations such as,

Limited Bandwidth.
User Restriction.

According to the several studies it has been noticed that in the organizational field the application of
VPN is having several problems, which reducing the organizational profit as the utilization of VPN in
a large organizational setup is highly expensive [2].
Information security issues is there as VPN allows third party to analyze the user information for any
specific purpose [1].
Limitation in bandwidth also caused high impact on the organizational service as in the VPN
approach network bandwidth decreases with the increment of the user.

One of the major benefit of this technique is that this method offers the information
