such a system for the consumer that results beneficial outcome (Serra & Kunc, 2015). The
traditional rather manual ticket booking approach failed to accommodate all necessary aspects
again it also unable to provide proper data backup, disaster recovery and application resilience to
the consumers. In order to mitigate the issues associated to traditional ticket booking it is needed
to develop such a system for Globex which could minimize the technical issues. In the newly
developed online ticket booking system, the data could be recovered easily from the server and
even the list information can also be retrieved from the server securely. Not only data access but
also the online ticket booking system gives proper security to the employee’s data and to the
consumer’s data as well (Garel, 2013). Due to the presence of proper server authentication none

of the system owners. Moreover, the external attackers will also not be able to access data from

on the queue. For developing such system, the company should hire technical experts who have
lots of experiences from previous projects (Serra & Kunc, 2015). The RALS project depends on
cutting edge web based ticketing framework rather than manual ticket booking. It has been
discovered that this approach does not just diminish the quantity of purchaser's over the line yet
additionally help the quantity of buyers who will purchase tickets on the web. Clients can use
various types of advanced gadgets to process the web based ticketing framework for the
purchasers. The targets or the objectives of the project are as follows:

From the overall discussion of the RALS project details it has been found that the motive
of the project is to develop an online tick booking system. In traditional days the consumers have
to stand in a queue for long time to reach the counter. However, the traditional manual ticket
booking approach was very much difficult from the business and consumers aspect. In that
traditional approach the system owners used to face huge level difficulties. In order to mitigate
these issues it is very much necessary to develop an online automated ticket booking system.
With the help of automatic ticket booking system the users will be able to access the system
regardless of their location and time as well. For this particular project the project manager plays
the most effective role and responsibility as well. The project manager is responsible to measure
and monitor the project progress. Not only the project manager but also the business analyst
plays another important role for the implementation of the online ticket booking project. For any
online system security is another important aspects that is strictly required to be considered by
the project manager and the project team members. For securing the system from any kind of
external attack it is necessary to adopt proper data protection and encryption mechanism. With
the help of system security none of the external attacker will be able to access the system and
hijack ticket oriented data from the server. Not only the confidential data but also the financial
details of the consumers who are buying tickets from the online server would also be secured

from the external attacks. Even the project finance manager is also responsible to estimate the
project budget so that the project manager could successfully deliver the project to the consumers

proper technical skills so that the online system can be implemented as an error free one with
different features.
Management skill: For avoiding different external and internal project issues and
conflicts within the project team members it is very much necessary to analyze the project
details. With the help of proper managerial skills the project can deliver as per the project
expectation.
Professional skill: In order to avoid inter organizational and intra organizational conflict
it is very much necessary to consider and develop the professional skills. With the help of
