This statement entirely focuses on the changing visa status for my wife. I am Abiral
Khedka, a Nepalese student pursuing my study in Britain. I am from Nepal. There are fewer
amounts of people from Nepal in Britain, thus sometimes I feel very depressed due to that
reason. My wife is there though as of my support system. I interact with her, used to enjoy some
good moments together and those moments are important for my life. British government always
helps their students so that they can comfortably do their study and nothing can harm their
concentration. I am grateful to the British government as they allow my family to stay here. Now
I want to make a request to the British embassy. I want British Government to deliver a student
visa for my wife and dependent visa for me. For any kind of proof, I can show my valid
documents too. The overall thing is the request that I just want to take permission so that my
wife has not made any suffering due to the visa issues.
I passed my school from Nava Jyoti Nepal in 2001 and the result was good enough to
join at the higher secondary school. I had done major in accountancy from my higher secondary
school located at Thapathali in 2004. The entire scenario has changed after 2006, as this was the
year when I came in Britain with my family. After completing my higher secondary I came here
and till now I am one of the concerns civilians of this nation. Though I am not born and bought
up in Britain the nation is so charming and vibrant, I feel the warmth and affection of that nation.
I had finished my bachelors on accounting from Wales College in 2016. After the result came, I
got good marks and that helped me to do my masters at the same college. Education, degree,
prestige, and enhancement of knowledge these are always preserves in me and I am very lucky to
have these kinds of quality education.
However in case of my wife’s education concern, she will not avail to study her course if
the visa issue is not solved. I planned for marriage after I had finished my bachelor’s degree. I

went back to Nepal and got married on 11th March 2015. Our reception party was in ‘Hajur Ko
Party Palace’ on 13th March 2015 and this was a grand occasion of my life. The marriage
ceremony was designed by the rituals of Hindu culture. I was very happy then as someone has
come for me, for my care, and to be my soul. However, I have some additional responsibility and
liability for my wife too. I have concerns that my wife will not pursue her nursing course due to
the student visa, therefore I request to the entire concern persons to please provide that visa as
one of the promising careers of my wife will be spoiled due to that reason. I feel sorry for her. I
want that my wife will continue her study in Britain and the government helps us to make this
process easier so that no such big issues will be faced by my wife or me.
I urge for my dependent visa and as per the rules of British State government, Visa is an
essential matter for all the citizens in Britain so that government can know the reason behind
their permit of living in this nation. We also planned a small boutique showroom at Friern Barnet
Road; this is a registered business and that also helps nation’s GDP as well. The entire thing can
be possible if my wife stays here and get her student visa. She wants to do her nursing from any
university affiliated with Australia in Britain. I request on that matter to help her by providing
the permission to stay in Britain at the basis of student visa. She is the only support system for
me and helps me provide moral support for me. I want her so that she can help me in my study as
well. Most of the spare times when I am idle, I can interact with her, when I fail to understand
something she assists me with her understanding or be my companion and deliver mental
strength. My wife is very hard working and she wants to get an Australian degree in future.
In that case, she has to go for her degree completion, but for now, the status of the visa
needs to change, then it will be a balancing life both of. In the meantime, she also studies nursing
from an Australian recognized university and will get her degree in nursing. If we both study

together then the government has enough reason to change the status of the visa. I know that her
hard work and patience will pay off and will reflect on the results. After the completion of both
education sessions, we will return to Nepal. Thus considering all the facts, British Embassy
permits student visa for my wife and dependent visa for me. I need a psychological support from
my wife and my family as well. My mother is suffering from a disease and she is not able to do
anything. If my wife is available in such situations, she can take care of her. I hope, they
understand my situation and consider my request.
Therefore, all the education qualifications details, marriage details are delivered due to
that reason of visa status change. That change of visa status for my wife as she is one of the
important member of my family and want to complete her education course from here. I will be
grateful to British Embassy if they accept my statement and change the status of my wife visa, so
that I can freely lead a better life with my wife and my family in Britain.
