INTRODUCTION
Tourism is one of the important industries which assist in increasing economy’s growth.
It is an essential part of travel sector which attracts a large number of visitors. Visitor attraction
management is an important element of travel and tourism industry which offers the best services
and facilities to their clients as well as tourists for satisfying their needs and demand. It will
assist in increasing more visitors to visit various destinations. It also improves the economy of
country in an effective manner (Kusluvan,Law and Buhalis, 2010). It is the responsibility of
government to take care of all destinations and heritage property which will attract large number
of visitors to visit the place. Main purpose of tourist sector is to develop and define the best
service and facilities which invite tourists at a large scale and increase their interest to go at
destination. Present report is based on National Tourism Agency Visit Britain that works in order
to increase the living standard of England and Britain economy with the help of enhancing
tourism export value. It also defines the detail regarding importance of different destinations of
visitor’s attraction. Moreover, in this report, there are different type of theories and models
which are helps in motivating in tourist. There are some major and important issues explained as
well which affect visitor attraction and offer effective facilities to satisfy them.

accommodation requirement of tourists which help in attracting and inviting more visitors in
various destinations (Horng and Tsai, 2010). It can improve the performance of travel and
tourism industry in an effective manner. Overlapping of visitor attraction evaluates different
types of destinations where a person wants to visit but at the same time, they attract by another
destination. To attract and invite lager number of tourists, it is the main responsibility of
manager of travel and tourism firm that they improve their quality of products and services
offered which are provided and delivered to visitors. As a tourism consultant of national
tourism agency in order to increase clients and tourists, there is the need to provide and offer

famous and attractive destination and take care of all place to maintain their feature. It will
invite tourist and visit that particular place. Tourism industry should provided best and good
facilities to visitors so that they come and visit that particular place in order to attain higher
success in this industry. In England, there are many destinations which is used to invite large
number of tourist in every year. Every country has its attractive destinations which attract a
large number of visitors to visit that place.
For example- In England, London eye, Thorpe park and Eden project are the famous places
which invite and attract lager number of tourists every year.
London eye is one of the famous places in UK which is a Giant Ferris wheel on Southern bank
of river Thames. This project attract more and more tourist to visit over there and earn large
revenue easily (Henderson, 2011). Every individual has a different personality which will help
in taking the best decision regarding particular destination and visit at specific place. On the
other hand, Thorpe park is a resort and hotel which offers effective and the best services to their
customers so that they would visit this place and increase their performance as well as revenue.
The National Tourism Agency Visit Britain capable to invite and attract more customers will
assist in increasing their printability level at marketplace. They define various types of visitor
places where high number of tourists go there and enhance their productivity level. Best service
and facilities motivate their customers and get maximum profitability in their business process.

because it will also increase revenue system of the industry. With the help of organizing events,

country. In order to attain higher profitability, local authority provides the best and effective
services to their customers to get higher satisfaction by them. It assists in providing them
feedback from them and expand their business process in an appropriate manner. Main purpose
of tourism industry is to increase their customers and attract more and more visitors to attain
success in the best way. There are some types used by the national tourism agency to invite
visitors at a large scale. These are:
Natural attraction- These types of attraction are based on natural beauty of a country which
attract more customers to visit that particular place and destination. Natural attraction is god
gifted in every nation. In these place it is a responsibilities of government to take care of these
place to maintain their beauty. Government spent lot of fund to maintain their natural beauty
and attract more visitor .
Heritage attraction- These types of destinations are having existence since a long time that is
based on the history of country. It attracts visitors to visit that specific place as well as
destination. It may include temples, forts and many other historical places (Hartmann, 2014).
Man-made events as attraction- Olympic programs and other man made events are helpful for
every country to invite visitors on yearly basis. These typed of events are essential to attract
more tourists who belong to different countries. It will define employment opportunities for the
local people which increases their standard of living. All these events are helpful for improving
the economic condition of a country.

customers needs and demand to get higher satisfaction by them. Needs and motivation are basic
process of an individuals which helps in using product and service. Needs of an individuals
increase demand of a particular product and service. Every visitors having different nature and
their demand is different from each other so that it is a responsibility of company to understand
their needs and wants and provide them accordingly. In other hand motivation is a effective
process of an individual to get satisfaction level because it will motive to people to perform all
the task in effective manner. Needs refer to the personal interest of a people and attraction is
define such place that they want to visit a particular place. Motivation can be internal and
external. Internal motives are related to the person which exist in person behaviour (George,
2010).

that will help to achieve goals and objectives of an organisation. A basic revolution of strategies
is is according to demand and supply and renewable products is as follows:
1. Supply: management of a tourism industry should pay attention that quality services and
products should be supplied to visitors. They should provide such type of services those
are beneficial to the travellers. Government have to motivate some small scale hotels so
