AI Summary
This report is an article review of a paper titled "Chimeric green fluorescent protein as a tool for visualizing subcellular organelles in living cells" by Rosario Rizzuto et al. The review summarizes the paper's focus on the application of GFP, derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria, as a marker for gene expression and the visualization of subcellular structures in living cells. The paper's key findings include the successful expression of GFP in mammalian cells, its localization in the cytosol, and the modification of GFP to target mitochondrial organelles. The review highlights the techniques employed, such as research projects, inductive research methods, secondary data gathering, and content analysis. The authors aimed to evaluate GFP's potential for understanding gene expression and physiological studies, emphasizing the importance of GFP in biomedical science. The review also mentions the authors' incorporation of other papers and expert opinions to improve the research's quality and address potential gaps.

ARTICLE REVIEW 2
Summary of the paper
The title of the paper is Chimeric green fluorescent protein as a tool for visualizing
subcellular organelles in living cells which was written by Rosario and other writers in the
year 1995. The selected paper is based on the green fluorescent protein in which the
writers critically reviewed the concept of GFP in biomedical science. The key aim of this
article is to evaluate the key aspects of the chimeric green fluorescent protein and their
importance in the living cells (Rizzuto, Brini, Pizzo, Murgia, & Pozzan, 1995). According to
the authors, the idea behind GFP of the jellyfish Victoria retains its properties when the
consumer effectively performs and express both prokaryotic and eukaryotic. This journal
paper focused on the green fluorescent protein and evaluated the key factors linked with
the GFP process. It is a very important journal paper from the perspective of learning
where the students can understand the key features of GFP process and improve their
skills in the area of visualizing subcellular organelles. According to the authors, the concept
of GFP can be used for understanding and studying the gene expression in living cells.
Techniques used in the papers
After evaluating the selected paper it has found that the authors explained the green
fluorescent protein and also examined the appearance of GFP in the area of mammalian
cells. In order to conduct the research, the writers adopted various kinds of methods and
techniques, for example, research project, inductive research method, secondary kind of
data gathering method, and content examination technique. The qualitative design aided
the writers for reducing errors and developing an effective hypothesis for the research. The
secondary data collection method allowed the authors for obtaining the pertinent facts
about the research topic and also analyzed the results of previous studies. For analyzing
the collected data and material about GFP the writers adopted content analysis technique
because of their ability for providing reliable and effective results in the investigation.
Therefore, by using these types of methods and techniques the authors are able to collect
relevant data and improve the overall quality of the research. Moreover, the authors also

included the opinions of the other papers and experts in order to understand the facts
related to GFP and reduce the drawbacks and gaps occurred in the research.
Results
In this paper, the researchers indicate that the GFP cDNA may be evaluated at the
great levels in refined mammalian lockups. Moreover, such kind of process is exclusively
localized in the era of cytosol where it maintains the DNA and other cells. The authors also
modified the GFP cDNA in order to involve a mitochondrial directing order and critically
reviewed the key points of the GFP process. However, the authors also described numbers
of applications of the green fluorescent protein in the case of physiological studies. It has
found that the beleaguered fantasy enables the imagining of mitochondrial drive in the
living cells.
