Creating an ethical organization
An organisation faces some basic challenges and should
adopt sometime and strategies in order to emerge as an
ethical organisation.
So far as Visy Food Plastics are concerned, business
into production of plastic pet containers my face ethical
dilemmas as well as challenges, inside and outside the
organisation.
The first stance the organisation needs to undertake in
order to establish their ethical culture is to become a role
model and be visible above others.
In the course module we have acquired that the
employees or departments of the concerned
organisation should be looking up to an ideal footstep
which we can follow in order to establish their ethical
culture (Locock, 2017).
In this case the organization, themselves, need to
establish their ideal footstep in the industry and market.

success.
Cultural diversity at workplaces refers to the
traditions, perceptions of behavior, experiences
as well as the values preserved by stakeholders
of various hierarchy level at the organization.
Visy takes into account that the employees in the
different workgroups and departments are
nurtured with the same behaviour, traditions and
perception. This is why, they offer complementary
onboard training and learning sessions before the
employees are allowed to join the workgroups
