Recommended Communication Plan:
The stakeholders of the management are not the ones who are dedicated towards the
project. But the stakeholders makes the key decisions about the project (Amin 2016). The
need of the communication with the stakeholders are as necessary as it is required for the
developers. The stakeholders includes the customer, project sponsor, and change
management team members, team of the leadership, the functional managers and many more.
Along with the stake holders there should be a way by which the extra audience will be able
to communicate in a certain communication plan. The information that will be shared with
the external audience will be limited. Internal audience will get the extra information from
the external audience. The method that are should be used in the communication are obtained
by using some methods. The information should be shared by the status report, by conducting
meetings, by conferencing and by sending documents to the employees (Mead & Byers
2015). One thing can be add as the one on interaction between the staffs and the higher
management that will improve the communication as well as the efficiency of the project.
Justification of the Recommendation:
The stake holders are the key part of the project. All the information that are related to
the information is given to the stakeholders. The details that are given to the stakeholders
includes the project plan, status of the project, information of the finance, and the change
request. It is a fact that the audience want to listen the things that they only want. This is the
only way to satisfy the external audience and this communication can be beneficial for the
company. One on one communication is the best way of the communication as in this
communication the higher management will interact with the lower level employee to gain
the knowledge and the thought of the employees about the company and the project (Hill,
Offermann & Thomas 2018). An effective communication plan will help the company to
grow faster and gain benefits as well.
