1. Event overview
Vivid is one of the Australia`s largest event that attempt to deliver more sustainable
manner (McDonald, 2017). This event is one of the grandeur in the creativity, cutting
edge, and innovation leading the industry leaders while delivering the sustainable
events at international level (Eggleton, 2015). The association also aims to paint
Sydney in different colours by focusing to stay green. Sydney`s vivid festival is where
the art finally meet its path towards business (Eggleton, 2015). It has been innovating
it year after year that brings a state of celebration of technology and art, which attract
both local as well as international visitors (Panoz et al., 2016). This event is the
annual festival of music, ideas, and the lights. It is inclusive of outdoor immersive
installations of lights and their related projections by the local and international
musicians (Ranzi, Vallati, and Cashen, 2018). This also promotes the idea of
exchange forum characterizing the debates with the creative thinkers (Eggleton,
2015). The masterpiece of vivid Sydney includes light sculptures, building
projections, and multimedia interactive work and the landmarks such as Harbour
Bridge, Opera House, and near to the Sydney central business place into the outdoor
