• Through this presentation, I have been imparted a great deal of knowledge about the complex nature of
Leadership and the workings of a global political leader like Vladimir Putin. By analysing the factors
that make Putin a leader, his style of leadership and the traits displayed in his personality and
demeanour, I was able to get a clear idea about my personal preferred style and traits of leadership.
