This project analyzes a vendor management system (VMS), detailing its functionalities, including employee profiles, programs, and achievements. The system's structure and navigation are examined, with a focus on accessing information about different roles and responsibilities within the organization. The project outlines specific requirements such as full lifecycle support for contingent spend management, automatic invoicing, workflow management, and spend visibility. If you click on every employees tab, you get the information regarding the current holders of
office, their respective functions, roles and responsibilities as well as the qualifications.
If you click the employees profile you get the ongoing programs listed and the stages of
implementation have been listed as well. Previous achievements of the respective employees are
displayed and the awards for the employees are listed. On the next tab, you click on the next tab
you get the programs and the respective roles that each employee is supposed to play in
achieving the overall vision of the company.

perform a certain task such as invoicing, reporting, approval or workflow, the system is expected
to respond. Implementing vendor management tools like Master Control’s enables regulated
companies to not only document all important aspects of the parts, materials and services their
suppliers provide, but also improve the overall quality of their third-party relationships, which in
turn helps increase their long-term success
Risks
 There is a risk of data breach that is frequent and sometimes in bigger scale.
 Wrongly configured systems can be easily exploited by malicious actors4
 Actors can gain access to the data stored on cloud by exploiting the vendor’s security
loophole
