to build brand image and identity in market. Thus, below is detail study of role of these function
in organisations.
Role of Human Resource:
People working in Vodafone Group plc are the most important resource that ensure stable
profitability rate of organisations. HR is the process of hiring right employees for right job and
make sure that these people are working effectively for organisations. Employee training and
development is also main function of human resource management. They train and educate their
employees according the jobs they have to do to fulfil the expectations of company from them.
