Problems and Challenges
The issues and challenges which has facing by Vodafone group is in network problems,
yearly profits, consumer feedback effecting the company revenues, and the government policies
and regulation can be not witnessed the company in the market.

Business firm can not control the external factors but they can influence and respond to
them (Hamilton and Webster, 2018). The external factors are as such Political, Legal,
technological, Social, Economical and Environment.
Political: It refers new legislation, rules and regulations by government.
Economical: It refers the inflation and theories of economic related to the any business

Social: It refers the changes of consumers preference.
