provide innovative services to the customers. The current market is totally dependent on the
using of internet in this way the use of the tablet, smartphones etc. are rapidly increasing.It is
very effective process in this manner the company can have lot of options and then they can
adopt one suitable after implementation process (Compton, Jones and Baldwin, 2016). The
present report is covering the factors needed to be considered before implementation of devices
and the challenges relate to this.

5. The adoption of the BYOD policy is quite smart thing rather than investing in upfront.
6. The proper training facility is need to be give so that employees can able to bring the
effective and efficient device(Idemudia, Troboy and Cochran, 2016).
7. The most important thing which is need to be considered before implementation is that
this system is need to be control effective because there are variety of devices running in
different operating system, in this manner It department need to have extensive
knowledge about this so that they can able to get cure from these issues.
8. Before implementing the BYOD policies it is need to be focused that the following
aspects are covered such are as security, resources of business the controlling measure
and the expenses associated with the BYOD implementation.

the corporate separation of personal data from the corporate data.
 IT supports- The services of IT department is need to be improved. They should
understand the things and threat or risk need to be measured so that corrective action can
be taken.

It can be concluded that BYOD policy is an effective step in relation to increase the
productivity of business with reduction in cost. In this the important factor before
implementation and challenges to IT security is defined.
