INTRODUCTION
Due to the increase in globalisation businesses are expanding and their global markets are
also increasing which means that they have to make developments in their business and
management so as to face the changing conditions in market. It is important to analyse the
external and internal factors which affect business sustainability so that the negative impact of
these factors can be efficiently dealt with which will help in continuous existence of business
(Christensen, Hail and Leuz, 2018). To gain a competitive advantage in market, management of
company needs to change their managerial policies and strategies in accordance with the
changers that exist in internal and external business environment. This report is based on
Vodafone Group plc which is a British multinational telecommunications conglomerate having
its headquarters in London and Newbury, UK. Vodafone is one of the world's largest
telecommunications service companies having its operations in over 60 countries. In this report
the impact of external environmental factors on Vodafone will be analysed along with the
company's response to them. Further the importance of CSR and sustainability in reference to
Vodafone will be studied so that it can survive sustainably in market.
