INTRODUCTION
To develop effective and conformable working culture in the company every organization
need to create all-in &diverse workforce. It is the duty of higher authority and supervisor to
carefully look after the employees and provide them positive working environment at workplace.
Inclusive workplace refers to working culture of the organization that respect and values the
individual and enhance their ability and capability. Inclusive workforce helps in increasing
talent, productivity and sales of the organization. Organizations can create inclusive working
environment by listening their employees, communicating goals and major progress to
employees etc. Management have to encourage and motivate employees and treat each and every
employee equally. Implementing fairness & assortment within the organization help the
organization in increasing productivity and profitability and also help in reaching towards vision
and mission of the company in a proper manner. This report considers Vodafone a
telecommunication company, Vodafone was established in 1991 in London it is a private limited
company. It was founded by Gerry When& Ernest Harrison. Vodafone performed their business
across the world and to maintain and manage their image across the world company develop or
create some policies and strategies to manage impartiality &diverseness at workplace. The
research is directed on the aim and objectives of the company. This research also discussed
Gantt chart, project management plan, performance break down formation and tools and
techniques of research. This research is going to be directed in constructive and effective way
(Angarica and del Sol, 2017).

Research motive – The main motive behind this research is to identify many policies and
strategies and their advantages or benefits to the company while executing these strategies in
sequence to develop impartiality & diverseness at workplace to develop fair & assorted

of a project. The basic objective of the project is just to complete a project on time and attain the
objective with success. The major restriction of any project is range, financial plan, and time
value. In sequence to attain the objective project manager need to allocate resources in proper
and effective manner. For project management project manager arrange some resources and
equipment to attain the one-time project goal. Management of project involves project plan,
allocation of resources, arrangement of resources and at the end complete a project and attain the
objective of the project in defined manner. Some of the factors of project management plans are
cost, size, scope & far more (Binford, 2017).

It is important for manager to examine the cost before starting the project because sometimes
project is incomplete due to lack of financials resource.If this happen then all the invested money
