The maximum number of

RECOMMENDATIONSThe following research project has helped in
analysing the impact of globalization on the
business operations of Vodafone. The HR practices
used by the company are focused on bringing
improvements in the business to meet the needs
of the global markets. Therefore, it can be
recommended that the company must consider
the policies and legal laws formed by the
government of the country and raise the
employment opportunities that helps in fulfilling
the corporate social responsibility and thus,
achieving success. The company must take into
account the socio-cultural aspect by
understanding the attitude, beliefs, culture and
background of all the employees while providing
them with adequate training in order to improve
the existing practices.
