INTRODUCTION
Human Resource Management is defined as the process of planning, recruiting and
selecting the right candidate for business organisation so that organisation goals can be

understand that whenever any of the company of perform its activity at greater platform then
they are required to focus on different area but among that Human Resource Management plays
the most significant role in it.
