INTRODUCTION
Internal factors and external factors are directly affect the organisation productivity and
profitability. Internal factors are those factors in business which is control by the organisation
such as culture or corporate, current technology, staffing, finance and etc. external factors
includes economy, competitors, political, customer's demand. Suppliers and etc. this report is
based on Vodafone, it is a British multinational telecommunication organisation based in
Newbury in England. This company founded in 1991 and they serve their services in world wide
, recently in they merge with Idea telecommunication and introduce new network which is VI.
The below report includes the external and internal factors that affect company and discuss
various ways which Vodafone impact on external factor (Cammaerts, 2018).

The internal and external factors helps in frame and develop strategies with suitable
working standards.
Internal factor
Mission: This refers to the possibilities of working as business get task as per
fundamentals as it directly increase towards accomplishment of objectives.
Leadership: In this leaders are leading the team with proper guidance and direction. in
Vodafone context they have very skilled leaders and take care of employees involvement
in business tasks and any decision making process.
External factor
Technological factor: In current scenario the technology are very upgraded, Vodafone
also adopt new technology in effective manner and also currently they merge with other
telecommunication company and introduce new network this is also part of technology.
Economic situation: This factor affect the most because day by day network upgrading
and they raise their services prices and some people are not happy with this because they
cannot afford the cost of network (Jaseel, J., 2019).

The internal and external factors of organisation direct affect over the productivity that
directly helps in performing roles and responsibility. In this various ways can affect over
external environment, describe as below:
Political: This refers to the policies such as tax related, trade policy and other framed by
the government. This also states the stability in political basis. In Vodafone context. They
serve their services in various countries everyone accept this network with less
restrictions (Prajogo, Toy, Bhattacharya, Oke and Cheng, 2018).
Social: This refers to the socio culture and satisfaction of society. Vodafone company
fulfil society needs and expectations. They follow market trends also in recently they
merge with IDEA telecommunication company society also accept this merger in well
manner
CONCLUSION
