Vodafone which is world second largest company. In UK, Vodafone UK comes at third
position after EE limited and O2. It is headquartered in Newbury, United Kingdom.
Whole assignment is divided into two parts. First part of the assignment describes some
aspects of management like leadership etc. Here, the roles and functions of leaders and
managers would be describes along with some leadership theories. The second part of the
assignment describes about the operation management like its approaches, key component
and value and also the factors that could put impacts on the operation management.
