INTRODUCTION
Inquiry-based project work involves a group of students investigating a worthy question,
issue, problem, or idea. This is the type of authentic project work that those working in the
disciplines actually undertake to create or build knowledge. These projects involve serious
engagement and investigation. Present report will lay emphasis on the various types of
management skills which will be required for the effective culture in the organization. Study will

The present case has provided with the information that there are various management
related problems that has been faced by the Vodafone. The Enquiry based learning has provided

been engaged in collecting the data from the primary as well as the secondary sources. It has
been analysed that the relevant answer to the problems which has been faced by the organization
are been collected with the help of questionnaire and interview methods. This has helped the
students in knowing about the needs and issues which has been faced by the organization. It has
been analysed from the employees that managers in Vodafone do not possess the adequate
management skills. This has reduced the productivity and operational efficiency of the firm. It
has also reduced the growth of the organization. The primary method of data collection has
assisted them in collecting the more reliable and authentic data which will help students in
completing their inquiry based report. It has also been analysed that the data was also collected
from the company’s website, feedback forms, journals and articles, company log books. This has
helped the students in knowing about the problem and needs which has been faced by the
employees of Vodafone. In order to collect the data it is really necessary that the research
questions are been formed appropriately. This will help researcher in getting through the end
results. The Students have been involved in collecting the qualitative data with the help of
primary and secondary method the data collection. They have also before starting the research as
