Introduction
The project is intended to develop a productive PM plan that decides how performance appraisal
and reward can benefit the employees of Vodafone in the business environment of New Zealand.
As globalisation is considered as the convergence for the economic activities in diverse markets,
it may include production activities, so that new development in the markets can be found. Even,
benefits from globalisation may create challenges, like wages and jobs, income equality, culture
and sovereignty (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). Thus, the project on the chosen theme will provide
an opportunity to analyse the debate on how globalisation in Vodafone has affected business
environment of New Zealand positively and negatively.
LO1: Project aims, objectives and timeframes
Project Aim
The project aim is how performance appraisals and rewards can benefit employees of Vodafone
in New Zealand’s business environment. This will be analysed on looking at social, economic
and financial environment of business that Vodafone will be operating in New Zealand. With the
project aim, the purpose of the project is to understand how Vodafone can find improvements in
their business environment, by increasing bonuses for their employees.

The intended project objectives for the research on the concerned topic are given as follows:

and that reason always has showed company to increase their revenue every year. However,
Vodafone right now is trying to use their digital programs, so that their online platform could be
made effective (Morris, 2013). Receiving help from the key employees will be a profitable step
for Vodafone, and that will remind the senior management to provide rewards and benefits while
performing the work moderately.
