INTRODUCTION
Vodafone is one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the world. The company has
its headquarters in London and at present, there are around 13,000 employees working at
Vodafone UK. The operations of the company are expanded in 25 countries of the world. This
report will focus on the recruitment and selection policies of Vodafone and the benefits of
effective human resource management. The employees getting recruited at Vodafone are
provided various opportunities to learn and expand their knowledge base. The training and
development programs of the company are aimed to improve the relevant competencies and
skills. The research project projects will be started by stating the aims and objectives of the
report. Later, the timeline of different activities to be conducted in the research will be
prepared. Different techniques of data collection will also be used so that the aims of the
objectives of the research can be achieved.

AIM
The primary aim of this research project is to find out the ways through which the recruitment
and selection functions of Vodafone can be improved to meet the international standards.
