The report has discuss the incremental and iterative developmental approach that is the
fundamental change for the project team which affects in the working practices and also affects
the person who all are involved in the project. In the project management the successful
incremental and interactive development requires the adaptive and progressive approach that has
been taken by the project management and also requires the project team member for continual
improvement and embracing the change which will further be produced hopefully in the
organization. On the above basis analysis the report will show the results that will help to the
project stakeholders and project managers who predict in the success of the project and also help
in achieving the project desired goals and benefits. It also helps in improving the managerial
decision process and evaluation of the on-going project which act learning lessons that are
applied for the development software projects.
