organization. It meets the organization needs and measures. It is used to deliver the high
productivity of the communication over the IP phones. The technical requirements are used to
resolve the network problems by implement the existing network design. It determines the delay
and response time requirement packet loss requirement, jitter requirements and bandwidth
requirements of the network. The technical requirement provides the following network
performance for petrochemical company [2]. These are usability, manageability, availability,
affordability and security of the network.
3. IP phones
The Proposed network design use the more than 100 IP phones to communicate the client and
servers. It provides the high reliable, secure communication and consistent services to all employees.
The IP phones are used to transmit the voice communication through IP network by using the
Internet protocol. The cisco IP phones are used to realize the organization security, resilience and
scalability. the IP phones using the VOIP system to convert the voice calls into packets of data by
using IP network. It reduces the operational costs and maintenance costs [3]. It improves the
productivity and enhancing the organization collaboration.
