successful in the graduate school academic skills are necessary and having career in the
professional field specialized knowledge and skills are required to work effectively.
Present study will be based on the Volkswagen. It is a German automobile company
founded on 28 may 1937 by German Labour Front. Its headquarter is located in Wolfsburg. It is
the largest automaker company worldwide.

the company. Further more it will include the conclusion and recommendations.

most of the German people cannot afford the cars so they purchase motorcycle. Only one
German out of 50 has owned a car. As some of the car makers started an independent projects
named as “ people's car”. In September 2015 the company made almost 600000 cars for the US
market. Josef Ganz developed the standard superior. In Germany the company Hanomag
manufactured the 2/10 PS “Kommissbrot”, is a small engine car that is made from 1925 to 1928.
The revenue generating by the company is €235.8 billion and net income is €17.1 billion by
2018. Hans Ledwinka and Tatra T77 are the two popular car in the German that is affordable by
the people(Cottrell, 2017).

it gives less price car that are being affordable by the customers easily. For high-class people it
made high price product by giving them luxury product that gives them comfort life. As it takes
the customers experience of using its product. It takes the 360 degree feedback from the
customers (Murray, 2017)After that it analyze the performance of the company as per the
feedback from the customers. Volkswagen uses the re-engineering system in the company that
helps in making the core system that includes the sales, distribution, funding and the customer
relationship management. As Volkswagen is the famous brand nowadays in the luxury product
customers are buying its car more as compared to the other brand. It provides all services to the
customers including the insurance and maintenance of the car. Because of the good quality and
best services it is the largest automobile company worldwide. It also maintains the customer
relationship management with its customers by providing them quality services. Most of the

the financial penalties to the companies who are not imposing the laws in the company that is
being made by the company. As all the arrangements of resources in the company is given by

company in growing easily. Expansion of the company leads in the enhancement of the

of the car. Maintaining the good relation with the customers is the key to success for the
company. Public relation campaigns also have to organize on time to time so that more
customers are attracted towards it. Use of quality raw material also helps in growth and
consumer attraction is increasing. By utilizing the resources in efficient manner helps in saving
the cost of the company. Operation cost is also reduced by applying the different methods of
manufacturing the car.
