In modern era, there are many business issues which are facing by large or small
organisation. So, it become responsibility of manager to find out those issues which are affecting
to their business operation activities (Green, 2011). In following report, discussion about
Volkswagen scandal has been explained in task one. Further, literature review on musical
festival is discussed with different authors point of view.
TASK 1
According to my point of view car owner of German had faced many issues due to the
Volkswagen scandal. As we had prepared presentation on them and all are having different roles
and responsibilities in group. For example, on member had collected all relevant information that
what were the actual issue which were faced by Volkswagen. Further I have collected more
information for making presentation in effective manner and to provide useful information to
other group of members. From this I came to know about that VW has done major scandal which
is influencing other car company also. Other member had made the presentation and find out that
due to this how mush losses is faced by organisation at the time scalding. But there is also some
lack of communication is there while convening important message to others. Along with they
also, mention company also admitted that half millions of cars in US were affected from this and
many of countries are containing this defeat device.
From this scandal, I came to know about that how cars companies are using defective
devices in which they can earn large amount of profits. Along with this, I did not spend long
period in this project while I am collecting information. Further, enough time period is allowed
to me to work upon Volkswagen scandal. When I am collecting information through internet it
provides me useful information. When I collected some of the data in primary form, it became
difficult for me because customers are not responding well and wasting my time. I solve this
issue with the help of my expertise by adopting new strategies in which customer can respond
me well.

The aim of conducting this literature review is that there are many people who love to
live in music. While conducting this literature review people also came to know about different
musical festival which is conducted in UK. Different authors have given several viewpoints in
regard to music festival which has been described below. The BunkFest festival is considered
because in this so many events are conducted where people can meet with each other and can
spend their leisure time.
According to Ballantyne, Ballantyne and Packer (2014), it is examined that music
festival is oriented towards the music which sometimes presented in different themes such as
nationality, locality of musicians and many more. These are commonly held outdoors. There are
many organisations who is organising music festival for profit concerts or for some other
purpose. These events are conducted in every year because through this people can meet with
each other who are not having time. Along with this they enjoy this festive season.
As this festival Southern Oxforshire offering an eclectic selection which is covering huge
area of music from folk to punk via 80s music and also traditional indie brands, often
accompanied by amazing selection of local sales (Hudson and et. al., 2015). There are some of
the pick of crop; Rewind, Towersey, Truck and Bunkfest. In all of them Bunkfest musical
festival is taken. In ancient times, educative festival is conducted in the form of music. These
events were organised for local communities, nationally or regionally so that they can provide
benefits to amateur musicians and achieve all aims and objectives. An essential feature of this
type of conducting event is that, participants are receiving feedbacks in the form of written and
verbal. Along with this, they are also getting certificate in providing high quality of services so
that they can retain in competitive market for a long period of time. There are many festivals
around the world which are conducted and also promoting “World’s Largest Music Festival”
since 1999. These carnivals are also attracting approximately 15,00,000 people each year. And
hosting over 1000 musical arts.
Similar to this, as per view of Andrew Ffrench, (2017), it is reserved that line-up for
