I am highly interested for getting the opportunity for being the volunteer in “Rage Against
the Machines” event, which has been posted by the building. I have worked as a volunteer in my
previous organization which has increased by knowledge regarding the responsibilities of this
job. Analyzing the importance of this event, I can say that it will be the perfect opportunity for
me to develop my skills. While fulfilling my responsibilities, it will be easier for me to
increasing my interest for working as a team member.
In order to accommodate skill the volunteers, I would like to recommend a bigger venue. As
per my knowledge, in Saskatoon, Saskatoon Inn and Hotel Conferences can be considered as one
of the ideal location for staying with large numbers of people.
 It is an ecofriendly hotel, which is 3.2 minutes far from Midtown Plaza
 By driving 15 minute of TCU place and SaskTel Centre the hotel can be reached
 Different facilities such as physical fitness center and indoor pool can be used.
 By adding this it can be said that the complimentary wireless Internet as well as the
digital programming facilities are also included in the hotel services, where the
interactive session can be conducted.

The goal of this memo is to prepare the message for the volunteer for the event called “Rage
Against the Machines”. Through this memo, I aim to outline the safety orientation conduct of the
rural areas. Analyzing the challenges it has been identified that the environmental interferences
and communication are the important concern in the rural areas, which have brought the
important development challenges. Due to different behavioral attributes of individuals, the
perceptions of them can create challenges. As per my understanding being a new employees in
this organization, I have realized that people would prefer the person who have been in this
organization for many years and aware of its policies.
