Preparing and delivering the training session
Strengths of HRM practices
By having the training session I have recognized that there are several strengths of the
HRM practices that helps the company to have the sustainable organizational performance.
These are stated below:
1. The HRM practices helps Volvo to have and secure the best talent in the
organization (Hong, Zhao and Stanley Snell, 2019).
2. This helps in improving the employee relation and increases the productivity of
the company.
3. By having the best HRM practices it helps the cited organization to have less
compliance issues in the market.
4. The company by having the good practices helps them to have the best
recruitment of the individuals in the company.
Weakness of HRM practices
Further, in the training session, it is also recognized by me and other team members that
there are some weaknesses related to HRM practices that are stated below:
1. The weakness of is that the company may face the lack of support by not having
the better employees.
2. This used to create the lack of understanding among the employees in the
company.
3. In order to have the best HRM practices it will be very expensive for Volvo to
comply with the practices.
4. This will also affect on the productivity and profitability of the customers.
Recommendations to the company

employees. This helps them to have the employee retention and have the better
productivity in the company (Memon and et.al., 2020).

Reflection
From the training session conducted of Volvo, it is seen that the company is having some
strengths and weaknesses related to the HRM practices. As the member of the training I have
learned about the various HRM practices that helps me to know more about the organization.
From this I have increase in my analytical skills that helps me to have better work in my career. I
have also gained the team working skills by working with the group. This was the best
experience but still my leadership skills were not good as it was sometimes difficult to manage
the team. By having the proper performance management it will help the organization to have the
sustainable performance in the market. Further, in the training it is also learnt about the
employee relations, that the company must maintain the better relations with the employees
(Mira, Choong and Thim, 2019). This helps the company to provide motivation to the employees
in order to have better productivity. By working in the group I have improved my
communication skills and used to provide the creative ideas to the team. The creative ideas helps
to have the better group activity related to HRM practices. The better communication among the
team members helps a lot in order to perform the activity and to learn more about HRM
practices.
