INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship is defining as process of discovering new ways of combining resources.
In simple way it is known as development of new resources by making use of innovative
thinking. Along with this, present report will discuss about Elon Musk who is CEO of world
famous company TESLA. Moreover, report will also be making use of model VUCA for
analysis.

Elon Musk is one of the successful leader in this world in technology. It has been born in
south Africa and is founder of Space X and Co – founder of Tesla. The personality trait of Elon
Musk is that ambitious, fast paced and critical as well as efficient at work. This trait has helped
him in becoming one of the successful leader as with the help of such traits it was able to meet
personal and business challenges effectively (Elon Musk a successful entrepreneur, 2022.).
Although it has been known for providing desire justice and equality within the company and it
has strong sense of right and wrong which has helped in taking correct decision for business. In
addition to this, it has good leadership skill which is very much important in becoming the great
leader of the world. However, it has been noted that has leadership quality is self-made and
leaders need to be get bossed with their job but most of the leader used to say it is good enough
even though their works are not being done properly.
Along with this, Musk is completely different as it has been seen in his work that it is
very much obsessed and obedient towards its job and very passionate about their business. It
always takes time for thinking innovative idea as well as it set high expectation for company in
order to motivate them so that their personal and organizational goals can be achieved in
effective manner. Moreover, it appreciated their employees for the hard work and ask them for
their opinion for enhancing the growth of company (Anuradha and Sujatha, 2019). In addition to
this, it’s another leadership quality is that it respects its brand and religion as well as his work is
very personal for him. Although in the Ted talk also it always suggests other people to respect
their business so that customer and employees get attracted towards them

VUCA analysis
The agronomy originated in American Military for determine extreme condition during warfare
and now days it is been used in business environment as it is dynamic in nature. Along with this,
VUCA stands for Volatile, uncertainty, complex and ambiguous (Eden and et.al., 2021).
Although it is important in predicating the nature of business so that team can be aware of the
changes occurred in the environment. Although if company has been affected by environmental
factor then it will have to reconsider the way business operates. Moreover, leaders can make use
of it so that it can identify the ways it can make changes in its character and deal with them
effectively. For dealing with volatility a vision will be required so to embrace with change as
well as unpredictable feature of environment (Schoemaker, Heaton and Teece, 2018). Although
company goals should be met with values and objectives and it should be flexible so that
necessary changes can be made. This will allow them to identify unfamiliar and unsettled
change. A company should hire people with VUCA environments as they easily be comfortable
with change and have complex thinking skill. In addition to this, organization should encourage
people so that it can work outside of their usually functional area as it will help in increasing
their knowledge. Moreover, leader should develop a collaborative environment so that
employees can deal with the changes and work accordingly.
Elon Musk VUCA
Volatile: The change is repaid and unpredictable in nature so the business environment has been
changing. But Elon Musk have proactive attitude and with help of its innovative study it is
bringing change in the market like its introduction of electric car has introduce new product in
the market and it is also meeting the future needs of market and customer (Allahar, 2019). Along
with this, it is the first leader to send their employees in space which is also a new idea of
showing the importance of worker in business. Thus, Elon musk change with new market trends
and it also bring innovative idea to deal with volatile.
Uncertainty: The present is unclear and future is uncertain so Elon Musk before launching its
product and services in the market conduct research so that it can understand the situation of
market (Saksa 2021). Along with this, Elon Musk take feedback from the customer and

executive so that it can self-analysis and develop straggles to meet the needs and demands of
consumer in effective manner.
Complexity: Elon musk believes in maintain proper flow of communication within the
organization so that employees can meet the changes as well as understand the task properly.
Along with this, during the time of pandemic company has allowed their worker to work from
home and remote area. Moreover, it has also developed team according to their interest and
skill so that it can work more effectively and contribute in success of company (Popova and
et.al., 2018). In addition to this, it also motivates their employees through using various leading
example of leaders or by using monetary incentives.
Ambiguity: Elon Musk hire right people for the organization it focusses on their qualification
and experience so that it can contribute in building positive and collaborative environment
within sector. Along with this, it rewards employees who works according to organization vision.
