Introduction
The business of the SAP can come into use in the Fashion. ERP system can be implemented through
SAP. The other factors which help in the analysis of organization may be developing a project plan,
defining end roles of the user’s etc. and can be implemented. Cost estimation and calculation and
resource allocation should be done as per the project plan. This will also ensure team management and
development team coordination which would help in achieving milestones. Thus, the deliverables can

small or medium-sized organization which main aims to computerize key business purposes
operations, financials, and human resources. The scope of fashion system project is put together all
business processes for the end to end process and provide a time saving, accuracy project that is work
as an online system and provide their service local and global level in Australian. It is focused on the
boutique business growth with customer stratification. Financial, Operational, Strategic, and
Technical are the major deliverables of the eFashion Project.

There is a designed a system for efashion organization which runs a clothing business to increases the

primary phase, organization work offline mode. Sometime before, it is designed online system for

server with the help of different planning phase such as planning, procurement, Cabling/ modification,
testing phase, sever installation platinum, data extraction, and conversion, data importing and system,
Documentation, staff training, project control, and Acceptance testing &sign-off stage. On positive
achievement of all phase with the specific milestone, eFashions is successfully implemented SAP
business one system.

Summary
Here, I have designed the eFashion system which is SAP business one. In the report, it is involved the
project scope and resources estimation in the term of the time, usage, and price. The project plan is
also explained aims and goals of the eFashion system project. There is also designed Gantt chart
which contains project budget and schedule of the project task. Responsibility matrix describes the
project team members’ roles and responsibility. It is also contained in the resources details. Future, I
have explained the risk register for the project which contains project risk details. After that, there is
designed a communication matrix for the eFashion system which gives the details of project
