In this new era for becoming well established in the competitive market and to earn
measurable revenue, effective operational and functional activities are much essential.
Companies those are failing to avail enough of technical excellence are also failing to
become competitive. This particular proposed project plan is developed for Yes Chemist Pty
Ltd, a client of Victoria University Information System Consulting (VUISC). The project plan
includes detail action plan that Yes Chemist Pty Ltd needs to take for implementing a SAP
system. VUISC consulting firm will suggest the SAP based solution that can improve the
management ability of Yes Chemist Pty Ltd. The SAP will also improve the relationship
between the customers and service providers.
This report depicts a clear project management plan include scope documentation based on
the business case, project rollout strategy, a budget and a project schedule plan along with
risk management and communication management plan. The scope statement of the
proposed plan will identify the aim, objectives of the project manager and also quality that
Yes Chemist Pty Ltd is expecting from the new SAP solution. Apart from that, a list of quality
standards, client acceptance criteria and assumptions are also elaborated in the project
plan.

The aim of the project is to analyse the operational difficulties that Yes Chemist Pty Ltd is
facing. Based on operational weaknesses a SAP solution will be provided to the client
company. Not only the business efficacy but also the large stock maintenance will also

error free as well.

Developing the SAP S/4HANA infrastructure by renovating the server room to
replace their inventory management system, HR management system and
legacy accounting

business process model design “as is” phase and “To be” phase.

early days Yes Chemist Pty Ltd has manual management system however with the
increasing numbers it has become difficult for Yes Chemist Pty Ltd to manage staffs,
employees and customer manually.
