been another issue as well. Improper staffing have been another issue. Improper networking also
acts as a major issue in the process.

From the primary data collection process, it is seen that the major causes of the non profit
vulnerability includes the likes of poor management process, improper and inadequate
accounting information system have been another issue in the process, being unable to adapt to
the changing process have been another aspect that is to be considered. There are external
aspects as well as the staffing issues along with funding problems in the operational process.
The symptoms that are found in the process includes the likes of inability to set goals and
mission. Improper handling of the administrative expenses, increase in unit cost and delivery
hours.
Conclusion
From the above discussion it can be stated that there are certain instances that acts
beneficial in the operating process and hence wise this ensures that there is a betterment of the
